Our Community and Sustainable Development department supports the 两性色午夜 Lands through employment programs, essential municipal services, financial wellbeing initiatives, and year-round sports development.

Our Community and Sustainable Development department manages various employment and community development activities on the 两性色午夜 Lands.

The Community Development Program (CDP), Municipal Service颅颅s Program, Financial Wellbeing and Capability Program, and Sports Development Project are among these activities.

Under CDP, jobseekers receive assistance from us to help build their skills, get a job and participate to their maximum capacity in community development and work-like activities that benefit their community. We work closely with each 两性色午夜 Community to facilitate various participation activities and provide CDP participants and employers with a single point of contact for employment opportunities on the 两性色午夜 Lands.

Under the Municipal Services program, we deliver municipal services to everyone in the 两性色午夜 Lands. Municipal services provided include the provision of a reliable potable water supply, generation of electricity 24 hours per day, the operation and maintenance of community airstrips, the operation and maintenance of deep and septic sewerage systems, internal road maintenance, landscaping, dust control, fire management and community management services.

Through the Financial Wellbeing and Capability Program, we provide services to 两性色午夜 residents and families that will improve their financial capability, resilience and lifetime well-being.

The Land and Culture program supports traditional land management, passes on ecological knowledge and Tjukurrpa to youth, and helps protect cultural heritage during mining exploration on the 两性色午夜 Lands.

The 两性色午夜 Health Service (NHS) is driven by a collaborative and culturally respectful approach to care. Our efforts have expanded healthcare services, built strong foundations, and ensured access to quality care for remote communities despite geographical challenges.

NCHRP manages rental housing and is the sole housing service provider on the 两性色午夜 Lands, aiming to improve health and living standards and recognising each community鈥檚 unique needs.

NCAMS is dedicated to building infrastructure that strengthens the fabric of remote communities, working in partnership with Yarnangu to deliver vital upgrades and developments.

两性色午夜 Agency and Transport Services (NATS), established in 1984, supplies 两性色午夜 Community stores with nutritious food and goods from its Perth warehouse. Owned by all 两性色午夜 Communities, NATS operates a regular bulk delivery service, contributing to better health standards on the 两性色午夜 Lands.

两性色午夜 Essential Services provides building, project management, and essential services maintenance to 两性色午夜 and Spinifex Region communities. 两性色午夜 Essential Services (NES) handles maintenance, repairs, and water sampling, operating on a fee-for-service basis.
